Flo Marketing Units

To establish and develop a strategic approach for transforming three units at Florentia Village into immersive, styled marketing spaces.

Each unit — ranging in size and layout from Small Studio to Light Industrial — was designed to showcase its versatility and potential, giving prospective tenants a tangible sense of what’s possible. These dressed spaces were supported by a curated suite of graphic interventions that conveyed the Florentia Village ethos, highlighted key unit features, and celebrated the creative makers at the heart of the community.

The graphic language was crafted to be distinctive and instantly recognisable, aligning seamlessly with the overarching Florentia Village brand identity and the integrated wayfinding system across the campus. Using a flexible key clamp system, the graphic monoliths could be adapted in scale and format to suit their context and intended purpose.

The Small Details.
