If arrival matters, why do we design for only one type of arrival? Why should your commute dictate your welcome.

One Leadenhall End of Trip

At One Leadenhall, Brookfield Properties challenged the convention that brand experience begins and ends at main reception. Instead, they envisioned parity across every point of entry — including for the 1.5 million Londoners who commute by bike.

Page Studio was appointed to reimagine the End-of-Trip facilities as an extension of the building’s identity — not back-of-house, but fully embedded within the brand narrative.

The result is a cohesive spatial and visual journey, guiding users seamlessly from street level through to cycle storage, changing areas and key amenity points. What is often a purely functional sequence is transformed into a memorable, design-led experience where intuitive wayfinding and brand expression work in harmony.

Rooted in One Leadenhall’s sophisticated visual identity, the concept introduces a refined sense of play through carefully orchestrated colour, scale and materiality. Warm timber panelling replaces blank white walls. Dynamic splashes of colour inject energy and clarity.

A bespoke suite of icons — inspired by the One Leadenhall logo — anchors key destinations and enhances legibility throughout the route. Applied at large scale, these graphic interventions become confident spatial markers, reinforcing identity while guiding movement with ease.

The outcome is a distinctive and characterful End-of-Trip environment — elevating everyday movement into a purposeful, cohesive and meaningful arrival experience.

Because arrival matters.
However you get there.
